Returns & Refunds Policy
We genuinely care that every pair works for you. Running is personal — so is our promise.
1. Returns Window
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of purchase.
We know 14 days can pass quickly when life gets busy — so please don’t hesitate to reach out even if you’re close to the deadline. We’re a bunch of passionate runners like you, and we’ll do our best to help.
After 14 days, we’re unable to process standard returns or exchanges — unless your claim falls under our Performance Guarantee (see Section 7).
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a standard return, your socks must meet the following:
- Unused and unwashed
- In the same condition as when received
- All tags and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase provided (receipt or order confirmation)
We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions — but we’ll always let you know why.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items not in their original condition
- Items damaged for reasons not attributable to us
- Items returned more than 14 days after purchase
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email with the outcome — usually within 2–3 business days.

5. Exchanges — Manufacturing Faults Only
We replace items that arrive defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. We take pride in the quality of our socks, so if something isn’t right, we want to fix it.

6. Performance Guarantee

Valid for 12 months from date of purchase We stand fully behind every pair of footid socks. If our socks let you down, we’ll make it right — as simple as an easy jog. |
Hole Replacement Policy
If a hole appears in your footid socks within 12 months under normal athletic use, we’ll send you a replacement pair.
- One replacement pair per customer
- Photo evidence of the hole required
- Applies to genuine footid socks only
What Is Not Covered
We assess every claim with care, but the guarantee does not cover:
- Deliberate damage
- Damage from incorrect sizing or ill-fitting footwear
- Cuts, abrasions, or external tearing
- Damage caused by sharp toenails
- General wear and tear beyond reasonable performance expectations
- Commercial or high-abrasion misuse
We reserve the right to assess each claim individually and honestly.
7. How to Submit a Claim or Return
Getting in touch is easy. Just drop us an email and include the following:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Photos of the issue (required for hole or damage claims)
- A brief description of how the socks were used
